<ul class="list-style-cus"> <li>Please look into the School Diary of your ward daily and see that the work assigned is done promptly. </li> <li>Please encourage your ward to be regular & punctual. </li> <li>Please encourage your ward to complete the homework on his/her own, independently. Spoon-feedings should be avoided. </li> <li>Please encourage your ward to be neat in doing homework; good hand-writing should be cultivated. </li> <li>Please encourage your ward to take part in school activities, it is compulsory to attend school functions. </li> <li>It you find that homework is not assigned for sometime, inform the school with a note in the diary. For tearing pages from the diary, the child may be fined or punished.</li> <li>Monthly tests and term exams will be held as per schedule. Rank in the finals will be given only to those students who have appeared and passed in all tests and term exams conducted by the school on the scheduled dates only. </li> <li>Please submit leave & Medical certificate on the day the student is absent particularly during tests, exams & term exams, otherwise consideration my not be possible. </li> <li>Parents/Guardians are asked not to visit the school too often; this disturbs regular school work. Parents cannot meet the teachers directly without the permission of the Director/Principal. </li> <li>It a student is absent, leave application with reasons should be submitted. Prior sanction of leave should be obtained before proceeding on leave. Applications should reach the Principal before 9:00 A.M. </li> <li>Avoid taking your ward during school hours for attending functions & parties or any other petty reason. </li> <li>Avoid criticism of the School or the teachers in the presence of the students because it leads to loss of respect to them by the students, resulting failure in learning. </li> <li>A student with 100% Attendance during an academic session will be rewarded. </li> <li>Countersign all notes sent by the teacher in the Diary and in the Test/Class work copies and take appropriate action at home. </li> <li>Leave Rules- <ul class="list-style-cus"> <li>Leave for extending holidays, attending marriages or other occasions etc. is not granted without prior written application from the parents or guardians it must be sanctioned by the Principal. Those sick for more than 3 days must submit a Medical Certificate. </li> <li>Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than a week renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off from the rolls. Re-admission in such cases will be discretionary. An amount of Rs. 250/- will have to be paid in case re-admission is allowed by the Principal. </li> <li>The parents/guardians should take the permission from the principal whenever they want the child to leave the school early. No student will be granted half day leave unless emergency arises. Hence, keep your child at home if you have to take the child early from the school. </li> <li>Students are not allowed to use the school telephone. Permission, in case of emergency, is to be taken from the receptionist. The students may not be called to answer the phone calls during the class hrs. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;">I have read & understood the above rules and will abide by them.</p>
